GIVE YOURSELF THE SAME KINDNESS AND GRACE. CUZ IF YOU ARE DEPRESSED OR ANXIOUS THEN YOU ARE NOT WELL.
IT’S AN ILLNESS. AND THAT’S OK TO GET ILL SOMETIMES. JUST HEAL UP. AND DO WHAT’S NEEDED TO FEEL BETTER.
